So you're finally ready for that first exam.
You've spent the last 4 weeks studying with The College Network. You've read your entire module, scored 90% or higher on each of your practice quizzes, passed both of your practice exams, and scheduled your exam.
Now, it's the day before and you start to think "Oh no, I don't know what to do".
"Should I stay up all night drinking coffee and shotgunning red bulls in one hand, Chemistry book in the other?"
"Should I go to sleep at 5:00pm and try to sleep till noon, that way I'm completely rested?"
"Maybe I should re-do all the quizzes once more and then re-read as much Chemistry as possible."
While some of these things may sound/look ridiculous, it isn't the first time I've heard of people attempting them. I'm here to tell you that the best way to prepare for an exam is to continue to follow a relatively normal routine.

Try to get a good night of sleep - around 8 hours.- Eat a well balanced breakfast. (My favorite: Eggs, scrambled with avocado and just a little bit of cheese, turkey sausage, and an apple.)
- Arrive early--This way you avoid any stress from getting lost or preparing your work space.
- Be confident!
If you have prepared for your exam by learning the material and can follow these easy steps, you should have no problem.
Good luck!
Good luck!
