In my specific role as a program advisor, doing what is best for YOU, the customer is what is at our core. My colleague Matthew Pinkston challenged us all with a question to ask ourselves everyday when speaking to potential students: Are we doing what is best for our students, or are we doing what is most convenient for us? Our core values such as integrity push us to do what is best for you!
