I am proud to embrace and practice each of these values everyday I step in the office, but one key value is central to my day-to-day activities in being a Program Advisor to our potential and current customers: Quality.

Every time I speak with someone via email or phone, I put all of my heart into the conversation to provide the highest quality possible. It is my job to provide you with the essential information you need to know to make the best decision possible in pursuing your higher education online. I pride myself in making sure the key metric that defines my day is how many times I can say I had a quality call. Remembering that our conversation is about YOUR goals, and YOUR dreams to obtain the education to further your career and life really pushes me to make sure you are armed with the best information possible.
